LOCKDOWN:
I moved from Tio’Tia:ke (Montréal, QC) to the Netherlands to do what I affectionately call the “f–k it, there’s a pandemic Masters Degree” at Conservatorium Maastricht.
Then I was recording saxophone at my home or together, busking on the bridge, playing at minigardenfest 2k21, jam sessions, and my secret Guided Fearless Music Making! workshops were quite performative.
And prior to all that:
- 2 year weekly residency with JW Trio (feat. Nicolas Lanctôt on guitar and Vincent Dessurault on bass) at Bier Markt, downtown Montréal.
- 3 year monthly residency at L’éscalier: Resto végé, Bar, et Salle de spectacle
- Other private events, weddings, underground New Year’s Eve, wherever special occasions and venues around town wanted some saxophonica.
